From my perspective 2013 promises to be an extraordinary year full of opportunity to move from where we are now, to where we want to go, with the tools we need.

In my own business I am continuing to look at expanding our abilities to serve and to assist in opening up new horizons to all of the organizations that Bridging Associates has had the honor to serve.

As part of my excitement about the New Year and about how intentional vision and planning can bring results, I am making a special offer to you as a valued member of the Bridging Associates Online Community.

Since this is the beginning of a new cycle, I am providing a special 1-hour consultation session for business leaders, at no charge, and would like to invite you to participate with me. Often we do not take time to intentionally set a course and to create the connection and partnership that is necessary to bring our plans to fruition. In the consultation session that I am offering I want you and your team to have the opportunity to plan and to create the journey from where you and your business are now, to where you would like to be a year from now.

During the session we’ll:

1. Describe and define where you would like to go with your part of the business. How would you like the business to look next year at this time. You can include the elements that you deem to be important and a top priority for you. (Explore the best scenario of how you would like your business unit to be in one year.)

2. Describe and define where you are now. (Describe the picture of your current situation)

3. Create a map to go from now to your future vision, and define what obstacles or challenges might be in the way as you go from point A to point B. We will define the gaps that need to be filled and the vehicles you will need to travel the distance.

You’ll receive five important benefits you can utilize immediately:

1. Create clarity about the direction you are taking and the results you want by next year.

2. Find the essential building blocks for creating those desired results.

3. Discover the #1 thing stopping you from already having the business you want.

4. Identify the most powerful actions that will move you toward the completion of goals and the engagement of your team in creating the results that you desire.

5. Complete the consultation with the excitement of knowing EXACTLY WHAT the very next steps to take are.

The important thing to recognize is that when you deliberately vision for the outcome you desire, it is important to involve others at the start. When the vision is complete, it is vital to look honestly at what the current situation is and then to delineate what the challenges and obstacles are in achieving your goal(s). As you spend the time and resources looking at the preferred outcome, defining the obstacles and challenges between the current situation and where you want to go is a vital part of the process. When you look at the challenges the gaps between what your implementation plans are and what will be needed become more obvious and you can address them accordingly.

As we approach the end of the first month of the New Year it is important to engage in this process now. It is easy to put it off and become distracted by crises or situations that call your attention to immediate needs. The discipline comes in creating the time for envisioning your future and honesty evaluating where you are today. As the gaps become clear then we can look at ways to address them.

To help you jump-start this process I’m offering this complimentary consultation session to my online community for the next month. The appointment times are somewhat limited so it’s important to secure your time as soon as possible so the meeting can take place before the end of February, and so you can begin using the information you receive to immediately impact the rest of the year. We’ll meet for one hour by phone; I do suggest giving yourself about 10 minutes extra, as I will allow in my calendar also. That way, if we have some wrapping up to do we will have time.

To schedule your consultation, please contact Joanne, my assistant, at your earliest convenience at: joanne@bridgingassociates.com. She will set up our appointment time and confirm the best telephone number where I can reach you that will allow us to speak privately.

If you have questions in the meantime, I am happy to answer those via e-mail at patricia@bridgingassociates.com.
